Premium Pay
Travel nurses are in still in big demand resulting in premium salaries and unique experiences. At Bluegrass Healthcare Staffing, we are committed to a competitive experience whether you are on a travel nurse contract or working local per diem. Hourly pay is often extremely higher than hospital employment. Plus, if you qualify based on your permanent residence, daily meals & incidentals and monthly housing allowance can be in the thousands of dollars each month.
BHS pays weekly each Friday through direct deposit.
Bonuses
Many of our 13-week travel nurse contracts offer sign-on and/or completion bonuses from $500-$1,000.
Know someone who may be a good fit for travel nursing? Send us your friends and colleagues and you can earn up to $1,000 when they finish their 13-week contract. We also offer cash for referring your friends who work local per diem.
Reimbursement and Medical Screening Costs
Depending on your employment status, you may qualify for licensure or certification reimbursements while on contract with BHS. We also cover the costs associated with medical screening for travel nurse contracts and local per diem.
Medical Insurance
We provide a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, and even cancer insurance on the first day of the month following your date of hire or full-time travel nurses. Local per diem nurses even qualify if you work an average of 30 hours per week.
